Hi gals and guys I’m really stuck on how do you solve the equation x+2y=9 and -x+6y=1 and would sure desperately need guidance to get me started with evaluating formulas, lcf and side-side-side similarity. My math assignment is due soon. I have even thought of hiring a algebra tutor, but they are dear . So any help would be greatly valued .

You seem to be more horrified than confused. First you need to control your self. Do not panic. Sit back, relax and look at the books with a clear mind. They will seem tough if you think they are hard . how do you solve the equation x+2y=9 and -x+6y=1 can be easily understood and you can solve almost every equation with the help of Algebrator.
