Hi fellow students , I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us studying ,like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a program that can aid me with algebra ? I have never tried one thus far , but they shouldn't be hard to use I assume. If anyone has such a program, I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in Basic Math now, so I've been studying things like worksheet on factor trees and it's not easy at all.

Algebrator is the latest hot favourite of worksheet on factor trees students. I know a couple of tutors who actually ask their students to use a copy of this program at their home.

I must agree that Algebrator is a cool thing and the best software of this kind you can find. I remember having problems with side-angle-side similarity, linear algebra and converting fractions. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
