Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in math soon and I would really appreciate if any of you can help me solve some problems in year 8 area test maths. I am reasonably good in math otherwise but problems in fractional exponents baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

The attitude you’ve adopted towards the year 8 area test maths is not the a good one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a scenario . Its nice that you still want to try. My key to easy problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

I too have had difficulties in least common measure, subtracting fractions and graphing circles. I was told that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the finest that I found was Algebrator. Merely keyed in the problem and hit the ‘solve’. I got the answer instantaneously . In addition, I was steered through to the answer by an effortlessly understandable step-by-step procedure. I have relied on this program for my problems with Basic Math, Algebra 2 and Algebra 2. If I were you, I would without doubt go for this Algebrator.

I remember having problems with adding matrices, greatest common factor and linear equations. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, Intermediate algebra and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
