Hi there I have almost taken the decision to look fora algebra private teacher, because I've been having a lot of stress due to algebra homework lately . each time when I come home from school I waste hours and hours with my algebra homework, and after all the time spent I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not certain whether a math tutor is worth it, since it's very costly , and who knows, maybe it's not even so good . Does anyone know anything about online algebra solver with steps that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding proportions,quadratic formula or radical equations? Any ideas will be much appreciated .

I remember having difficulties with binomial formula, subtracting exponents and geometry. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
