Hi! I guess I can give you ideas on how to solve your problem. But for that I need more details. Can you elaborate about what exactly is the simplifying radicals & roots with an index calculator homework that you have to work out. I am quite good at solving these kind of things. Plus I have this great software Algebrator that I got from a friend which is soooo good at solving math assignment. Give me the details and perhaps we can work something out...

That's true, a good program can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the best . It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Algebra 1 and Basic Math as well , so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never had a software before I can tell you it's not hard , you don't need to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Algebra 2. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with quadratic formula, distance of points and factoring expressions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
