Hi! Our class just started doing a new chapter in algebra regarding how do i solve an equation? and I did pretty well for most assignments we got but the latest one my teacher gave complex so I'd love if somebody would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I can’t finish it with ease unlike the other assignments. I had no trouble answering my past homeworks but this particular homework with specific topic of percentages gives me difficulty just figuring out how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if someone help me in discussing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with absolute values, algebra formulas and parallel lines. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
